Cookie policy

1. What this means

Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data the browser keeps to run the site or remember your choice. Ad measurement tools may also use them to understand how ads perform.

2. What we use

A. Required to run the site (no consent needed):

• Your appearance choice (the color palette) in local storage.
• Your choice in the cookie banner, and an anonymous random identifier to record it.
• The campaign source (UTM) in session storage, so we know where your request came from if you send one, or where your sign-up came from if you create an account from the trial button.
• The AI assistant chat in session storage, so the conversation stays while you browse. It is cleared when you close the browser.

B. Ad measurement (only with your consent):

• The Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok pixels, which are not loaded before you consent. They measure your visit to the site, sending a trial or inquiry request, clicking the WhatsApp button, and clicking to start the free trial, so we know how our ads perform. They do not include the content of clients' bookings.
• These parties process data outside the Kingdom.

We do not use any third-party analytics tools other than the ad measurement pixels listed above, and they only run with your consent. In addition, the booking app keeps, for centers subscribed to certain plans, an internal visit counter in the browser's temporary storage (a random identifier that ends when the tab is closed). It is not linked to your name or mobile number, we do not store an IP address with it, and it is mentioned in the center's privacy notice.

3. Your choice

• On your first visit, a banner offers "Accept" or "Decline" with equal prominence. Declining does not prevent you from using the site.
• You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. Measurement tools stop loading once you withdraw your consent.
• We ask again when the version of this policy changes.

4. Consent record

We keep on our server your choice (accepted or declined), an anonymous random identifier, the policy version, the time of the choice, and an irreversible salted hash of your connection address, in order to prove consent. See the Privacy policy.
